Looking to see if there is enough interest here for a high stakes PPR format Fantasy league this year. Like the title says I would like to get an 8 to 10 team league of folks that enjoy fantasy foots and take it seriously. (in a fun way.....active in conversation, free agent wires, trade discussions and acquisitions etc.) If there is no interest here I will stick to Daily this year. Hope everyone is doing well here at theRX. Foots is right around the corner and gooooooooooooo tribe.:aktion033

I would consider it considering what all the rules would be. I would be in favor of no trades since there is as much money involved as there would be.

I didn't consider the no trades thing......probably because I like the banter that goes along with it. Rules will be a very upfront easy PPR format run through yahoo, espn, or nfl.com

I had planned on seeing who would be interested first. I was really wanting to see some of the bigger posters show interest. (like yourself, cy, and others) From there I planned on having the money held by me and two others.

This post was designed to just gauge an interest level and to see if we had enough folks interested in a high stakes, VERY INVOLVED, PPR league. If you feel that you are not a person that can stick with a league the whole year please I don't want you in this league. My idea is to have a league where everyone is talking and active and having a good time. EVERYONE. I will not allow somebody to tank and jeopardize the league integrity, that I promise you.

and you are probably right VD......if it doesn't come together I'm just going to stick with Draft Kings for my fantasy fix. I see that Fanduel has pulled away from the Texas market.

small weekly prizes (i.e. high score for week)....although I'm not a fan, it makes sure everyone is still trying all season

i.e. $50/week is only $700.....divided by the # of teams isn't too bad

looks like we have 5 or 6 folks interested. If we get another 5 or 6 I will form the league and post all the particulars. If everything looks cool I'll pick two others to help hold the money and we will go from there.
