I know the house edge on Banker bets is 1.06 %...Does that incluse the 5% commission paid on winning Banker hands?...If it does not does the banker bet have a 6.06% (1.06 + 5% comm) house edge on Banker winning hands..I am so confused

The 1.06% house edge is based on a 19 to 20 payout. An easy way to look at it is that if there was no commission, it would have a negative house edge as banker beats player 50.7% of the time.

The answer to your question is yes, the 1.06% includes the commission.

Baccarat is a different animal. I watched a lady in Biloxi lose $250,000 playing in two hours
and never blinked an eye.

I have been a craps player all my life and never seen anyone lose that kind of money in
such a short period of time.

Vegas in the private rooms have Baccarat players playing for millions.

Was she Asian or Middle Eastern?

I know a chauffeur who used to drive a Saudi prince and his sister to Las Vegas; they would play baccarat out of sheer boredom. The money meant nothing to them.
