Win or lose on the Angels over, we had another positive day. That's what it's all about. Taking a look at a few of tomorrow's games. This is probably an unpopular pick, but I'm liking the under in the Jays/Orioles game. I can get it now at 9 -118. Gonna be patient and see if I can get it at 9.5.

It's not often I play a dog. This is the 2nd one in as many days. Current Marlins hitters are batting .214 vs Leake. Urena's recent success has come at the hands of 2 pitiful offenses in the Phillies and Mets. This is only his 3rd start of the season. Add to that, the Cards are feeling their mojo after defeating the unbeatable at home Hernandez. I'm actually surprised the Cards are a slight dog and expect that to change.

Liking Guerra in this spot. Pitched well against the Pirates in Pittsburgh. Back home with 2 sluggers with a day off back on the job. Rookie Brault going for the Bucs. He's done well in AAA, but this is the big leagues kid. Might make this a POD, and I expect the line to go up on this game.

Nolasco is complete garbage, and the White Sox offense have feasted on him this year. I will also be looking at the White Sox TT tomorrow morning. And the over at 8.5 should be good too. Only reason it is this low is Quintana is pitching. But the Sox may clear that number on their own.

Don't like all the juice, but we gotta fade Lincecum here. Poor guy is struggling big time, and he's gotta go against the Sox. And I gotta give Porcello credit. He was a bit of a gas can early in the season, but the Sox stuck with him, and he's coming around nicely.

bed time. here's the updated record. went 2-1 on Thursday, picking up 2.6 units. I know I keep threatening to raise the amount wagered per game, but I'm just nervous about hitting a cold spell as soon as I do. just gonna try to keep adding to bankroll for now. Just noticed that our PODs since the all star break are hitting at 90%. May just add more on those. May have to look at the 1st half record on those. I think we were 20-8 off the top of my head. I need to keep better records next season.

I liked this under last night, but could only get it at -118. Patience paid off and it's at -110 now. Two powerhouse offenses, right? Not when these 2 pitchers are on the mound. The games are starting to mean something now, and this may have more of a playoff feel to it as these teams are competing for 1st place.

Both teams have been hitting poor pitching well, but struggle against better pitching. I think at least one of these pitchers today has a really good game, and the other will be good enough. Indians should win, but they've been down a bit recently, and A's are riding high, so I'm laying off the high ml.

Hey man, capping the games yourself is a much greater reward. You may have capped that game well, but still lose. It happens. And if you didn't cap it well, it could be a lesson learned and you get better. I'm at the point now that I don't look at anyone elses plays until after I've played my own. Then look at others to see if I possibly missed a good opportunity.

And by the way, I just looked at plays from a very good capper from elsewhere, and he's on the A's as well.

I've been looking at this game more and more. The White Sox may very well reach 8 or 9 on their own. But the Twins should be capable of helping this game get over 8 runs. Based on each teams hitters' history vs opposing pitcher, and a few other factors I've got this game at least 7-4, White Sox winning.
