Anyone betting Olympic team sports?

I'm going to roll with some soccer and basketball wagers this go round. The last two Olympics I made a profit off women's basketball. Kind of surprise myself with it.

Today women's soccer gets underway.

Taking a flyer on Canada at +178 vs. Australia.

Good luck if playing these Olympics. It will be the bridge to get me closer to college/pro pigskin. :toast:

Yep, for the first time we can in Nevada, I'm gonna bet soccer and basketball but probably nothing else. I've spent the day watching the woman today.

Yeah, definitely made some money there. No way can I bet this Brazil opener. Too many factors outside of just what's happening on the field. They should dominate, but will surely be pressing to make a mark after their World Cup defeat. Looking at the remaining matches.

Can't say Argentina didn't have their chances. On to the next.

I like the OV 2, 2.5 -108 wager for Nigeria/Japan.

A lot being made of their delays getting to Rio, but they will perform. I see each squad getting on the board.

US vs. France in women's soccer. Taking the over here. France put up 4, albeit against Columbia, but they should be able to get on the board against our crew today.

I thought I saw on espn the other day, the Olympic mens bball team has 58 or 68 consecutive wins. I cant find it online though.

It was 58 from 1992-2002. Now I believe at 45. Lines will be crazy. I usually try to get on their game totals.
