There were only 3 (Out of 50) books I see that Opened at +130 (Betmania, BetPhoenix, and Skybook). All other shops either opened at +115 or less. All 3 of those books are now +110. PW moving lines!!!!

the odds do not matter as long as you are getting +100 or better just play to win.
