Thinking back a year or so, Pinny laid a 7 minute danger zone on me.
I know, possible penalty or corner called, with an injury.
My bet was no action and would have won, as a goal was scored 8 minutes after the bet, then another.
Politely called them out on it, as I thought 7 minutes was long. Quickly they sent me a form letter reply. Not good enough. Pressed them for details. They then sent me a screen shot showing my cancellation, along with a pile of other voided bets. It was some B or C level obscure soccer match. Shows you the action they must book.
The definition of a "Danger Zone". I'm sure it's easier to find than the meaning of a "recreational player". I'm guessing both are open to interpretation.
Does a book employ a danger zone manager? If so, who schools this position...?
