do you guys recommend going out and buying a magazine for your fantasy draft? does anyone have recommendations of free online rankings that i can print out? what are the best places in your experiences? again, id like to have free. also was wanting something different than the sheets that others in my league will use. like yahoo rankings or whatever. any suggestions? thanks.

Whatever you do - don't waste money on magazines. They were probably written up months ago, and not reliable. Rotoworld is good place to start. I think there is a series by Evan Silva that goes team by team with respect to relevant players. Just do a google search on fantasy football rankings 2016, you should be able to come up with plenty of options.

this

Went on vacation right before draft last year and bought probably 8 or 9 magazines for the long flights. I studied them all front and back and took a ton of notes.

I missed playoffs in both leagues

the best way to prepare yourself is to understand the ins and outs of your leagues scoring/lineups etc.

That will be the difference on a championship run and being done in week 13

Yes. The one caveat is I wouldn't take a qb before round 4-5 (unless you start two in your league). There are always a surplus of them, more important to build stud WR/TE/RB's. While people draft qbs early, they won't draft another for a long time since they can only play one. I wouldn't worry about the bye weeks either, those take care of themselves.

Fuggin' loser probably plays in a 10-team league against 10 teams he made up himself.

funny you said that. ive got the 10th and 15th pick. after putting in the settings, it has me projected to take cam with the 15th pk. jordy nelson the 10th.
from the looks of it though and from what ive read, they update it daily, if necessary. which is pretty sweet
