If bet always to win 1 U, how many units has your bankroll? 100? 50? 25?

It depends from the odds.
If I pick a +100 I'm risking on it 1% of the bankroll.
If I pick a -200 I'm risking on it 2% of the bankroll.

This means that because you never post that, it is impossible to follow how someone's bankroll evolution would be if followed all your picks.

How you're calculating his record, if he does not tell when he's posting how much that "U" will be compared to his bankroll (as a % for example)?

He never said something like ............my U = "x" part or % of my bankroll

To Win 1U each pick, simple as that.
If you lose a -200 pick, you are down -2U, if you win it you are up +1.

And if you want to follow or not, it's up to you, not a problem.

If you have 45-20 WL and 30 Winning Picks are between -150 and +105, I don't think there would be any money management that would let you lose money.
