Kind of depends on the conferences in all honesty. Pac 12 I'd say Conan is likely the best, don't mean to hurt feelings for the other guys but his insight is top shelf.
big 12 has a few guys, go Sooners is good, there's a wvu guy who is very good as well although his name slips my mind quite often.
Sec there are plenty of guys, roll tide, cloverleaf, and a few more.
long story short there's about 3-4 guys per conference that are great; usually provide a lot of insight with their picks and plays. There's also some good cappers that don't have a specific conference allegiance but bet across the board too. To many to list. Best of luck to whatever strategy you use on making your selections.
