if I had to choose just 1, for me it's definitely the human centipede 2.. I actually puked from watching it, the 1st ones like child's play compared to the 2nd... My runner up would be the I spit on your grave remake.. Oh ya, Can't forget the exorcist !

still can't watch that flick since if fucked me up back in 1981.

Of the non-horror/slasher films (which I typically avoid), Happiness was quite disturbing, especially given how great Welcome to the Dollhouse was by the same director.

Cannibal Holocaust was not east to watch

there was a movie back in the 70's that was Sick ... just can't remember it.

had something to do with eating monkey and human brains , think it also chopping off someone penis ... torture type of movie

Was it called blood sucking freaks ? That was a 70's flick that had most of that in it
