Will google ever become the #2 or lower search engine again?

I'm having a hard time remembering how they hit it so big so quick .

It was like one day you never heard of them then the next day that's all anyone used.

Its amazing how they just owned starting on day 1.

Not happening anytime IMO... they became huge at the same time hotmail/msn messenger called it quits and yahoo! was already declining... they were the perfect alternative because of their cool email layer and the gmail chat which was a necessity outside facebook and msn messenger

Not going anywhere unlike Twitter, Instagram, and all of those bs social media sites. They are all the same. Cool today among the hipster queers and then some new 23 year old hits gold with a new site that the queers flock too

Facebook sucks...deleted it about 3 years ago now after being one of the first ones to have it for 10+ years (when it was just for colleges only) and haven't looked back.

I found myself "wasting" time going into peoples lives and drama that I NEVER see in real life...It started to be like a fantasy land.

I started thinking....If I could study more games with the drama Im looking on why Ashley broke up with Mike and why Mike isn't going to rehab anymore because aunt lucie kicked him out of the house because the uncle is a abuser. lol. I just made that up but basically how it goes.

Now I only fuck with twitter and a little IG

Nope. Google became synonymous with search engines, like Coke became synonymous with soda. I'm not sure how or why it happened myself, but it did, and it's not changing anytime soon.

Well MySpace was dominant then Facebook good over.

I don't think there was a dominant search engine when Google took over . You had 5 or 6 half ass search engines that could not take the lead then google took over and left them all in the dust

They hit it big so quick because their search algorithm was superior to anything else out there.

Doubt they get replaced in that space for a long time, if ever.

The amount of money that Google generates and from the different avenues is just mind boggling! We spend about $500 a day with them and we are nobody.

Just seems Google keeps growing & growing.......just don't see how anyone tops it any time in the near future, or for quite a long time.
