Been out of the job searching market for 5+ years now...(even though the experts say you should always be on the look)...but I think LNKD is becoming the premier job search engine.
I've received random requests from headhunters or companies over the years asking if I was interested in a position.
no premium for me...but they spam the hell out of me with that stuff.
i'm a LNKD binge-r. won't touch it for weeks...then i'll get an email or request and then start stalking around for a bit.
i'll probably use it to target my next job.

It sends random endorsements for job skills to mine also. I mean I know someone I haven't talked to in 10 years just randomly took the time to endorse me for work skills they didn't even know I had. Umm Kay, just says that to toss you an email to get you to look for traffic...
it it also likes to remind you of endorsements from years ago for the same reasons...
