I homestly really dont care. whos tout or not. If someone post a win play, then just be gladded. Its not like hes pointing a gun to your head amd force you to buy his picks. I ran into what u called a "tout" but i made good chunk from him before he stopped posting. So, I looked somewhere else. Hope this help things settle. GL everyone
