there are plenty of guys that I have talked to here by way of PM that have Never posted a single thing in years.
One guy has been a member here since 2004 and never made a post. He told me that all he does is read the forum and when he has a question, he just PM's the person.
Live chat would lower the Posts IMHO
honestly, i think YOU are right,, i remember that streaming chat was the SHITTTTT,, i learned more in that year before they deleted it, than,, geesh, ever,, it catapulted me into value search and vig reduction,,, blah blah,,,

it was mentioned in here a few days ago that just this week,, the NHL,, joined a collusion/fraud monitering site? NBA, NFL and MLB had already joined it this year,,, something is coming,,, and all the pro sites are preparing for it,,
all the sites except for the RX,,, who i love,,, but will do nothing,,, and will coast into 3rd place to take the BRONZE,, i love you RX,,, but dam,,, I wish you cared as much as the posters did,,

Imma come up in your place of business and install a Discount Hair Care products section, sell Shampoo, Conditioner & Hot Oil Treatment at Bargain Basement Prices, put it right in the center of your space there so that its, like, right in the middle. I see an island-like set-up here, massive disruption complete destruction of Your Business Model the goal, don't care about making money on the shampoo etc even I am willing to take a loss on that cuz a few people said that they want, need cheap shampoo.

Yeah, it was fairly Idiotic, it needed to be to draw comparison you could easily relate to of Having a Business Model that would become totally derailed by an add-on. RX has been this from the start and in the opinion of many the simplicity, true-to-itself Oldskool if you will groove of that forum setup is appealing.
I don't disagree though that Brainstorming ways to get as well-positioned as possible for the coming Storm that will be legalization of gambling within USA would be a great thing for RX to do, maybe some form of "chat" is a viable consideration just I am not far-sighted enough to see that.
I think such discussions are good though, ideas cuz RX being the Original & First Sports Discussion Forum it'd be a criminal shame if our place at The Table was not at the HEAD of that table.....come the Levee Breaking. You know entities are gonna pop-up and try to OWN the Sports Discussion posting site whatever space.
