AJ COLE is half the pitcher he was when he was drafted. He actually pitched at Oveido HS right down the road from me here in Orlando.
He has not been good. He was early on but he has lost a ton of velocity. Pitches around 90 and the big issue with him is he POUNDS the zone. Big time but doesnt possess the stuff to hang there.
He recently gave up 4 runs to the struggling O's but if you watched the game...it could have easily been 10 or 11 !!
I mean my god he was once demoted by the A's...hahahhaha
I see him getting hammered vs a really good hitting team called the ROCKIES...
