Went to see Don't Breathe in theaters today with my wife. Great movie btw.

An Arab looking guy came into the movie by himself wearing a big backpack. Admittedly, i kept an eye on him off and on and he dug through that backpack no less than 10 times.

Society would tell me I am a bad person for judging this man.

Am I wrong? Would most guys in here think nothing of it? just curious

I bet if he didn't have the backpack, you would not have been concerned. So it was more the backpack than him being middle eastern looking. just a guess though. If not, it was a little bit racist whether warranted or not. I wouldn't beat yourself up over it.

First, yes it's stereotyping but there is nothing wrong with it, your safety is involved
