You know... it does this around the end of August...
Its like a boxer that takes a rounds 9 and 10 off so that he has the energy for 11 and 12...
The guys are playing but the energy sags a bit in late august...and then picks up in Mid Sept. Where they will kick it in til the finish...
I see this swoon every year...and typically you have a 15-15 run during it...

thats exactly right-thats why i usually start mlb in mid august every year an then clean up in playoffs myself. joe public starts to give it up. must be careful playing lines that jump an overs. tonite i passed ,i was not gonna lay 10 1/2 -125. pw is almost 80% an thats hard to top an keep going. ill wait till cfb an get on him.
