Not to worry, the civil war mayhem is a long 60 miles away.

I mean why would anyone want to go to some other body of water and maybe get their head cut off?

Guesser and Vitterd can go there and bring liberal peace of acceptance with them in case they run into head cutting. Heck, they may be able to show their own acceptance tolerant ways by giving their own heads as an offering. Just sayin'..
