I remember they emptied their account on Herschel Walker. Took many years to recover from that one. Time will tell with this move.

Anyone that trades a 1st round pick for Bradford is subject to immediate relegation to NCAA FCS. Maybe the most assinine trade I have ever heard of. No way it can be true.

Minnesota was in a tough spot. Tough to piss away a season where you're opening a new stadium with a playoff caliber roster on Shaun Hill. Really steep price.

Bradford may surprise. I think they should have offered a 2nd for McCarron on Cincy. In the Minny offense the QB isn't asked to do everything, just not F it up. Hopefully Bradford can do that. Steep price to pay though.

That's true for any trade where a team gets future draft picks. Eagles are going to escape from the Chip Kelly years relatively unharmed

1st round picks are very valuable in the NFL and given that Bradford sucks/ always hurt this could be a top 10 pick. Whats crazy is the 1st rounder wasnt enough, they got a 4th too. Haha

Best team Bradford has been on been on by far. Real NFL offense where he can make plays off a legit running game. Young developing receiving corps that may be envy of league going into next season. After 3-4 weeks of acclimating to new team, don't be surprised if career resurrection takes place. Happens often in NFL with qbs finding a home after several years in wilderness due to scheme, injuries, timing and luck. Jim Plunkett is poster boy

Kelly inherited a mess from Reid's regime...and he still won over the 3 years.... Kelly escaped imo

As bad a QB Bradford is he is still an upgrade over teddy bridgewater. Teddy is awful, he could not complete a deep ball to save his life. He was mr. Check down. Viking fans can lie to themselves and say he is young and he can improve and all the other Bologna. I watched him miss guy after guy run open and he misfires.
yes Sam is a crappy QB but still an upgrade
