Martin Perez probably has the biggest splits between home and road games that you will find. 8-2 2.65 and 1-8 6.23. Out of his 13 road starts this year, the Rangers have kept their opponent to less that 4 runs 4 times. Those teams are the pitiful Angels, the Blue Jays early in the year, the Tigers early in the year who heavily rely on the long ball and their 1st five batters in the order, and the Twins who have only started putting up runs in the last month or 2. Couple all this with the Texas pen boasting a 4.83 era, and I think we have a solid play at over 4. I also like the Mariners to win with Paxton on the mound, but would rather not bet against the Ranger lineup.
