I watched Cole pitch against the Os awhile back and he looked sharp except for his last inning. Which I'm sure is a pretty common thing, but he had good stuff, and it was against a good team. Phillies are not a good team. I see his #s have been getting better since then. Nats-1.5 is a solid play I believe
