This operation allows their pph agents to close your account when you are up money. Their main guy doesnt care claims they only write action and if agents pay or dont he doesnt care as long as they pay their pph fees, says agents with them has carte blanche to not pay winners and collect from losers as long as they pay their pph fees. Place is a total joke, beware of any agent using this shot taking PPH shop and any of their skins.

Well that is exactly how a PPH service works. The book provides the wagering platform for a fee per player but does not participate in anything between an agent and a player. The Book has no say when it comes to the rules or conditions set by the agent. The book might, however, try to help solve any disputes and could take measures against the agent by shutting down his account if they think he is ripping off the players because they do not want scammers using their services since it is not good publicity.

Darkbay you are correct, but in situations like such most of the top notch PPH companies do their best to make sure they dont house bad agents. Or atleast say I will relay a message, and have some common decency on the phone.

Those places give the people who are on the level a bad name. Sad state of affairs. Both of those places house tons of bogus bookie's.

From my experience with PPH services, the difference between one and another is Customer Service. When you start getting offers like 4 weeks free trial as in the case of realbookies.com, you start to wonder why would it take so long for someone to figure out if the book is good or not. If you are not satisfied with their Customer Service then you better find another book.

Yes, as you said ...some decency on the phone always works. The thing about a lot of PPH services is that their customer service sucks because they don't participate in any profit from the players. They tend to think that they have their $$ guaranteed so there is no need to sweat a game or give the agent a kick in the ass if he doesn't pay the players. A PPH service has to pay attention to the agents and the players...each at their own level.
