Cam has had a great career, never mind back to back seasons. He won't have to face the likes of Denver or Minnesota again this year

No, cuz super bowl losers do terrible the following season.
Not shocked or anything but it does show how thin the margin for error is. Besides a few teams with elite QB's that can consistently win year in and year out, it is tough not have some regression to the mean in the NFL.
Faced 2 of the top 3 D's in the league the first 2 weeks and then that spot vs Atlanta was a tough one. Division opponent on the road, Atlanta beat Carolina at home last year when Carolina was otherwise undefeated until the Superbowl. Difference between 3-1 or 1-3 just isn't much sometimes.
Their front 7 is still elite but pass D lost a lot without Norman. Some people think he is overrated, fine, but Julio Jones isn't putting up a 300 spot if he is on the field.
