Information on teams

I'm still pretty new at this and trying to learn on the fly, I was just wondering where do most of you guys get your info on teams when you're capping games and making your picks. Is there one good site for it or you piece stuff together from multiple sites? Thanks in advance.

most will dismiss it, but I even read game previews on sites like espn/cbssports (same write up)
