If I had to guess he would be talking about the bogus roughing the passer call in the 1st half. SF was up 14-0 and had stopped the Cowboys drive. On the play the ref who had a horrible angle called roughing the passer where the player barely touched the QB on the shoulder with his hand. Then the Cowboys got a TD on the drive, totally changed the games momentum.
