This is quite the interesting case in Australia.

Guy and girl hook up on Tinder. Relationship not going well but happens. They're in his apartment and it gets physical. She walks out onto his patio and he locks the door. She tries to climb down the ladder and falls to her death.

He's charged with murder. Thoughts?

Apparently she had her phone and it recorded some of the argument and her falling. I think this actually helps him since she could have called friends or police and didn't have to try to crawl down the ladder

not wife.... more like a girl in your 3rd date.... and not outside the house but in a closet.... and you don't die from a car accident but from suffocating trying to escape through an old air vent that is sealed off.
