Winner of the 9th race at Delaware Park on 9-28-2016, 57-1 shot NORTH FOREST STAR, tested positive for Clenbuterol and DQ'd from purse monies and trainer Wallace Neilson was fined $500 and has been suspended 15 days (10-16-2016 to 10-30-2016).

And you thought this stuff only happens in Pennsylvania.

Yes, and he was ridden by Parx regular Irvin Perez. Perez has just 5 starts at DEL (counting this one) and was on the other double digit longshot winner trained by Neilson just 2 days prior ... LADIES FORCE 20-1 race 1 9-26-2016.

So there we have it : Delaware, the other Pennsylvania.
Don't think it earns the moniker Parx II just yet.
