Posted this in the CFB forum a few minutes ago. I've never seen a total of 90 before which is where it closed at many books

Oh, I was in there earlier...I tried to Google to see if it was the highest ever. I recall a "highest ever" getting set last season, I thought it was about the same and involved....TCU?

maybe Oregon again cuz last year they still had No real Defense.

I can't remember, that total last year, Google was no help but I thot last season we had a Total about this high.

Aw, Yes, that must have been the one. I believe that it rose from an Opener of about 87 as well, I feel like I recall a big deal being made of that. This one? Not so much cuz Midweek game + Ducks down and Cal not a team with as high a national profile as Baylor (last year, at the least) or maybe even TX TCH.

I just looked it up, that final was 52-55

You know what's crazy though? The avg. final total for all of Texas Techs games last year was 89! :WTF:

Yeah and they still don't play Defense this year, Tx Tch. Announcers were talking about their QB Mahomes' Upper Arm/Shoulder being banged up though....last week when they hosted and got rolled by WVU, Tx Tch only managing to put up 17.

Oklahoma visits them tomorrow, OK QB Mayfield's return to Lubbock TX, he was once on a path to being the leader of Tx Tch. Bad Blood, bad bad blood now....its among the Games of The Weekend, for sure...

....if Mahomes injury don't interfere. Hard to find info on his condition, I gave up.
