I send this place money every week. i have sent them tens of thousands of dollars

and they find reasons not to give loyalty points. Im supposed to get loyalty points for every money transfer made, BUT, if you type the number in yourself, you get points, if their phone operator types it in you dont. Just found that out today, and its a joke. this is a place that i have sent tens of thousands to

They got customer service people like this one Douglas, he is a the biggest jerk on the planet, he says you get this amount of points, and you know it. then he loves saying "Anything Else" like your crap, i have more important things to do, this from a worker probably making minimum wage. He thinks hes invincible because i cant knock his teeth out since he is in costa rica. if he was here he would run like the little girl he is

this place used to be A rated, its now a b, and slpping fast, this is why. No doing anything to help great customers, and agents who dont care one bit about the customer, its just a job for them. Avoid Youwager at all costs

and i speak with Rebecca in customer service, shes afraid to talk to a supervisor, so she tried to handle it herself. and she tells me in chat "dont be mad" but I have to go to the bathroom. in othr words, your compalints are not worth anything, somebody who sends money every week gets asome girl talking about needing to go to th bathroom./ youwager has become a joke. they wont pay you if you win either, you have no way of getting there to collect it.

Because they werent always this bad. As I said they used to be an A rated book, starting to drop and im stating the reasons why. So that when people decide on a new book, they know that they will get no respect or no value as a great customer from the customer service there.

Normally, in life, you are worth more to a company or to any orginization, when you have been there dont that with them. You follow what I mean chief? In other words, after sending 10's of thousands to a book, one would assume that you would get treated better and get more perks, and really just be appreciated more from the place you sent this much to, then to start all over again, to a place you have never sent a dime to before. In the new books eyes, you havent sent them anything, and you are probably a fly by night, who will play for a while and leave. And rightfully so, I dont expect a book who has not received much money from me to think of me as a special or good customer

Are you still with me? let me break it down a bit more for you. Lets say for example, you frequent a local tavern in town. You are such a good customer, you show up every day for happy hour, you dont sit there with the same drink all night, you buy drinks freely, you tip the waitresses well, you bring people in by inviting them down, it would be safe to assume that the bar appreciates your business, and that it wouldnt surprise you, if the manager or owner purs you a beer and says "this one is on the house". Or it wouldnt be out of the ordinary for you to have a tab, and that the bar would treat you as a valuable customer. And when you earned points on your tab, that the bar would not look for technicalities and loopholes to not give you your handshake points or your rewards points, when in fact they are probably delighted to give them to you, so that you know you are a valued customer, and that they know you turst them, and everybody is happy...right?

Now, let suppose you move, and you find a new bar to hang out at. Now, in the previous bar, you were a great customer, you have a long history and track record of consistsent spending and were good karma for that bar for many years. No, at the new bar, you are nobody, your invested money in the previous bar does nothing for you at the new place. And you could reasonably expect that bar to view you as a nobody and somebody who needs to earn their respect as a customer. Right?

Hence, changing books does not open new doors to me, it closes them. I invested tons of money and time into this book, and when the chips are down they give me shit treatment.

Changing books everything i invested in building my spot as a customer is wasted. And worse, at the bar, this would be onvious, i could talk to the owner, or the manager, they would immediately see that losing me as a customer would cost them money in the future, and they would do what they had to to to make me happy. And heres the hitch, this book doesnt let you talk to ownership or managers, you have only the chat box to voice your complaints and opinions, and those go no further than customer service people, whose only concern is what are they going to have for lunch, and how many hours left till they go home.

So i hope i have addressed your question, if i dont speak up, others get screwed on top of myself, maybe somebody important reads the forums, maybe it steers customers towards the right way, are you following me?

If im nothing to a book that i sent 10's pf thousands to, i want to at least here any owner or manager say that, they are the ones who lost the customer, not employees who get a paycheck regardless

lines freak,

you live in nj (of all places in this country) & your telling me that you would much rather deal with all of this bullshit from this place, rather then finding a "local" ?? I can guarantee you one thing w/ locals in nj....... You don't have to put up with a speck of the bulshit i'm listening you deal with. A place that has put you through the ringer and back, thats the place your going to continue to send "tens of thousands of dollars" and then when you win, you get dicked around ??

you story has to be from some kind of book your reading. Who in the right mind would deal with any of the shit your dealing with ?? It makes zero sense for you to continue to do business with them, and to mention that bar senerio, thats quite comical. I thought what was important was when you win, you get paid..... Zero questions, zero non-sense, and when you lose, its the same way. I guess somewhere along the line you lost me. Been dealing w/ a 'local' from nj for 20+ years. The "gentleman" actually sends a friend of his (and now mine) to my early morning coffee shop i visit, on mondays when i have money coming....... When it's the other way around, he tells me, "see me on friday or saturday." *** perfect example of building a relationship with someone, and being treated the right way. *** the relationship you built was one of a 1 way street.... You need to reconsider your position here.

I have used offshore books since they were first done on the phone only, before the internet. Its hard to find a place you know well and trust. I was with the Greek for 10 years and in my opinion they were the best. I could personally speak to Spiro if he was around. Then the closed to us and had to find another place. Once you're invested in a place its hard to change, and the downhill spiral doesnt happen over night, its gradual. But yes, there are many annoyances to put up with, between their vendors not accepting perfectly done p2p's for unknown reasons, (and its always YOUR fault. and YOu ahev to go and get refunded and send again), to that being the only deposit option, to being stingy with benefits, to not having anybody beyond customer service to talk to etc/ When I say i sent that much, it was gradual in increments, not all at one time, but a day didnt go by without some action in their book.

Sure, there are locals, it's a good way to get your head bashed in too. For you to say that a local bookie is somehow a better way to go than a licensed sportsbook, i think you are a tad naive.

I know many people who were stiffed by bookies, and I know some who were allowed to bet on credit, which is really bad news, having to owe money after its lost, is one of the worst thing somebody can do. I certainly would not take the recomendation for a bookie from some stranger on a internet forum, not that I dont believe you are truthful, but id be a moron to take anybodys word online as truth...err carolinablue, there....

I will agree with you that the bullshit piles up fast, which is why im writing this. However, I will say that You wager has paid me when i won, and relatively fast, but getting money there has been a hassle which it shouldnt be, im a great customer, and jerky customer service. When you see the way they talk to people, you start to doubt what the book will do when you win, because you cant talk to people, only people who tell you basicly to f off, and you cant do a thing about it

I would take a look at Loose Lines. They have reduced juice and they pay when you win.

They are my favorite book, and the rest are not even close.

Jim helped me with my account, and they have outstanding customer service at Loose Lines.

Line Freeks,

Quoting you, "Sure, there are locals, it's a good way to get your head bashed in too. For you to say that a local bookie is somehow a better way to go than a licensed sportsbook, i think you are a tad naive." HAS TO BE 1 OF THE MOST LUDICROUS STATEMENTS I HAVE HEARD, DATING BACK TO THE 80's. You obviously have a problem picking out the 'PROPER' people to deal with. I've been living in the same state as you, dealing with the same outfit for over 20 years. A little FYI..... I'M NOT SOME 16 YR OLD KID WHO DOESN'T HAVE A CLUE AS TO WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT. Was born and raised in NY and have lived in NJ for close to 29 years. BY THE SOUND OF YOUR ISSUES, I'M MOST LIKELY OLD ENOUGH TO BE YOUR FATHER. You need to speak to "REAL BOOKMAKERS" who perform that as a business and those days your talking about, getting hit over the head and getting stiffed, are long gone....... AGAIN, DEALING WITH THE RIGHT PEOPLE. I've been posting up with this guy forever, most I've ever won in a single week was $33,000, & my phone was ringing Monday morning at 7:00am to go get paid. The most I've ever lost in a single week was $41,000 of which $25,000 was posted up and was given credit for the remainder of what I had lost. THATS CALLED BULIDING A REP WITH SOMEONE WHO IS IN THIS BUSINESS TO MAKE MONEY, "NOT BASH HEADS AND WIND UP IN THE CLINKER". Those 1980's days are over my friend. NOT SURE WHO YOU KNOW OR HAVE EVER DEALT WITH IN NJ THAT HAS HAD THEIR 'HEAD BASHED'. Play on FULL CREDIT, & attempt to stiff them, I'm sure you will have a visitor waiting for you at your house. But tell me how that happens, when your a FULL POST UP PLAYER LIKE MYSELF ??

PM ME AT ANY TIME IF YOU NEED ANY HELP, BEING THAT YOU LIVE IN NJ AS WELL AS I DO. I WILL PERSONALLY GIVE YOU EVERY OUNCE OF MY PERSONAL INFO, ENSURING YOU WILL NEVER GET STIFFED A QUARTER, AND GET PAID EACH AND EVERY WEEK, IF YOU SO CHOOSE.

Basically you're playing with Jazz Sports which is not what it used to be and there are better places to play with.

So let me get this straight..... you send YouWager "tens of thousands of dollars" yet you state that they "won't pay you if you win" .... what kind of idiot are you? Everybody in the industry KNOWS that YouWager is one of the best places to be at when betting offshore.... so here we have a disgruntled player at YouWager mad at them because you get less loyalty points when a cs rep inputs your p2p deposit info into the system..... if so then how about you input the p2p info yourself and get those loyalty points you so desperately need. You send YouWager "tens of thousands of dollars" yet here you are on a forum crying over loyalty points......... how about you win a bet or two and stop running YouWager's name in the mud over something that YOU have the power over... just input the info in yourself and your problem is solved. This shop has some of the fastest payouts in the industry and some of the best customer service reps Ive ever dealt with.. enough with your bullshit.

Sorry to ruffle your feathers...shill/employee

Yes, here we have a disgruntled CUSTOMER, that when he gets no satisfaction from customer service, and is not allowed to talk to anybody else, by design, he makes sure he is heard.

Everybody in the industry knows how good you are? Do a google, you will find all sorts of complaints about your company, from limited deposit methods, to refusal to admit errors on their part from p2ps. and most of all from bad customer service people. you dont have to take my word, even people who like the book, as i do, say the customer service is useless

I like the book, i dont like the people running it. Im entitled to have an opinion on a book when I have invested so much money in, arent I? If you are not a shill or employee, what is your history there? Do you even play there?

I like how you think a customer who is MAD at youwager, should just stay mad and not tell anybody. You just keep taking money from U.S. customers, you dont appreciate the business, you dont appreciate that without US customers you have no business. Maybe with a new administration we will have it here. Oakland Raiders might be moving to las vegas, which I think will open the market everywhere, and Trump might be more open to allowing it.

If we are allowed to, there will be no need for offshore books at all. Maybe then you will appreciate great customers and how fortunate you are to have a thriving business based on customers you shouldnt even be allowed to entertain.

Its wednesday, Christmas is a few days away, and your customer service people cant answer a simple question. I asked if there will be christmas loyalty points added this year..."Ahhh management hasnt told us anything yet" this, for the past week, saying the same answer. Well, you work there, how bout going and asking somebody who might know? How bout helping out a great loyal customer with a simple nod?

Heritage and GTbets have already given their customers bonuses, so either say yes or no. If no, its more likely 2017 will be spent at gtbets or hiirtage, cause i feel i deservere better than that.

but at least I will know and can start planning a move. I liked youwager, they have had an excellent rating, but that rating is dropping, if you/they keep kicking customers around and being petty and cheap, and unwilling to accomodate great loyal players, and smart ass customer service people the rating will continue to drop

But i have met many people on the forums and sports hangouts, who play at youwager, it's not hard to express my history with them
