Would you rather play a game at -3.5-115,or would you rather play it -4-110,...now i know the price is not that much difference but would like to hear what people would choose to play it at

I hate higher juice, I'd lay more points

I used to use an out that offered those type of line adjustments on all games through a drop down box, i would frequently lay more or take less

I think it was 5dimes, and I think they stopped doing that. You can always increase your juice, but not decrease it anymore

lower juice the way to go, my local gives me -105 on everything but probably because I've lost 50 grand the last decade to him

When laying -110 you need to win 52.4% of the time to break even. Laying -115 you need to win 53.5% of the time. That means you would need to turn a loss into a win 1.1% of the time to justify paying the extra vig. Or turn a loss into a push 2.2% of the time. Quick google search says NFL games land on the 4 over 5% of the time, so that would mean the -3.5 is a slightly better bet, especially on lower totals.

My intuition is that -4 would be better in college, but you would have to spend some time looking at margins of victory and push rates for a better answer.

Pinnaclesports.com has been doing it for years, you can buy or sell points on most sides and totals for almost no commission. Their values are pretty much dead on. Looking at the upcoming games today you can buy on or off the 4 for about six to nine cents.
