I voted trump, than no to the casinos up north and yes to the gas tax ... I live about 25 mins away from Atlantic City... I'm a union laborer who makes his living doin road work.. I was layed off a couple weeks last month because of the trust fund they lifted when the gas hike went into effect... to each his own, but I def had my personal reasoning influenced on both of them!

if your actually interested keep on eye out on the apprenticeship program when there accepting applications... took me 4 years to get to journeyman... i made double time yesterday for 10 hours flagging

It's a shame they didn't pass the gambling in North NJ, that's probably the end of the Meadowlands

I thought that also, but I read Gural will hold on for 6 more years, because it will be allowed on the ballot again, with more specific language about a casino at the meadowlands at that time. Pleasantly surprised.

I hope so .. Jeff is a really nice guy and he really cares about the Horsemen and the business.
They should have just put on the ballot to allow it at the BigM as a test of some kind. Maybe people thought they would put a Casino on every corner.
