I was told by 5D today that I was blacklisted by some "merchant" but they won't tell me who it was or who to contact to get it resolved. I honestly have no idea what they are talking about and have never done any kind of fraud, don't have credit issues, etc. Anyone have any idea who I can contact to find out? Apparently there is some security system database they are telling me?

Yeah, I know that a lot of cc's get blocked but this was different because when I was talking to their customer service they said that I had been placed in a negative database by a merchant and said credit card deposits were no longer available to me as long as I was in such a database. I've never requested a charge back and never used any joint credit cards to fund. It's annoying though since they won't tell me who it was that put me on there nor who maintains the database. I also talked to a rep at CRIS that said they could see that I had been put on the list but they said they couldn't see who had done it.
