I'd be surprised if he messed with states rights on this issue.

I know Christie was pretty adamant that if he won that the party would be over for places like CO, but haven't heard Sessions say anything explicitly about the growing number of states that allow some form of the weed.

either way its not good. we were starting to head in the right direction. its a damn shame that its still schedule 1. this country has "bigger" problem, its called obesity. Its ok for americans to use alcohol, tobacco and consume all these poisonous foods but not ok to smoke a joint. Fucking disgraceful. dilute the power

Because Reagan's war on drugs has been such a bang up success. The only winners are the cartels and prison corps. If that is what adults come up with, we are in for some interesting times.

Reagan's war on drugs would have been a bang up success, but Democrats didn't keep their end of the bargain on border security.
