Yes. Same for all other drugs. People are going to use them whether they are illegal or not. Money should be put into education and treatment instead of "drug war". Let law enforcement go after the violent drug offenders instead of everyday users.

Well you can work on it, drive on it, and when you've had enough, your body just says no"I'm all set" automatically. . Of course you will get good at putting things off and sleeping well and being happy. Also your violent tendencies will go away. It's a no brainer. No one died from it yet unlike booze and butts which claim millions every year. Nuff said

That is my first reaction too. Having it that way does present some logistical gray areas though. Driving/flying across state lines, sending it in the mail, etc.
