aside from that how often does the Vandals go to the postseason? Last bowl was in 2009.
Also Idaho is goin FCS in 2018 so any bowl opportunity is a great achievement for these kids.
I can't really imagine CSU getting pumped up to go to Boise Idaho 3 days before Christmas . And win by 15.

Ive followed this Maryland team all year. when Hills was on the sidelines this was a stagnant offense. Not really sure what to expect with Hills back vs a solid run defense. BC offense not very impressive at all either but the problem I've got backing MD is the defense is terrible. BC defense struggled vs high octane offenses like fsu , Clemson, Louisville, . Same with Maryland they was blown out vs it top tier conference opponents. the differences here is gonna be BC's run defense vs a fairly vanilla offense.

LT defense is bottom barrel. Team Strength of schedule is lousy. LT is favored because of Navy QB W.Worth got injured and won't be playing. He also missed the Army game. I've capped this at Navy -4.
This line of Navy +7.5 is a over reaction to that game. The real scoop is Army has a team this season and was gonna leave it all on the field vs Navy no matter who was QB. Navy played very well in the 2nd half of that game.
I expect a simplified vanilla version of the Navy offense today. Navy can drain the clock and play keep away.

It's 5 days before Christmas and It's cold as heck Murfreesboro TN as the Blue Raiders football team embarks towards a week in paradise. As the 9 hour 4363 miles flight lands each member gets "laid" as he is stepping off the plane about to enjoy a week of the most amazing beaches, woman, and everything else that heaven has to offer.
Considering the Blue Raiders are in Murfreesboro TN. They will be blown away by the City's beauty and opportunity for fun if your a teenager. women, bikinis, alcohol, beaches, .....basically sex, drugs, rock and roll . Major distractions everywhere on the islands.
MTS might be overlooking Hawaii. On paper you really can't argue vs the stats. MTS is a superior team. However long travels to exotic destination , paired with Holidays =distracted kids.
Including the Hawaii Bowl, MT will have traveled 7,696.2 miles this season and if you go back to last year's Bahamas Bowl that total would climb to 8,614.2 miles in the last nine road games. Add 4363 Miles for the return flight to Murfreesboro TN.
A total of 12,977.2 miles of travel.
Id imagine these kids rather be
A. Back on the beaches of Hawaii for a few hours.
B. Enjoying Christmas with there Girl,
C. Anything else beside playing football .
Hawaii is home. they are sleeping in there own beds. All regular daily schedules remain the same . All the advantages of not traveling to play.
