Anyone have a good recipe for meatballs? Not talking spaghetti and meatballs just meatballs with gravy or something. Has to be mushroom free. Also advice on how to prepare them.
Pound of meat (pork,beef,veal pack)
handful of italian bread crumbs
1 egg
a couple shots of each: ketchup, golden mustard, worcestershire and bbq sauce
Same makes a great meat loaf too if you go all beef.
