Back on the horse after yesterdays poor showing
I still have a lot to learn.....
Michigan seemed to come out flat after Peppers pulled out, don't blame him for looking out for number 1, but feel for his team mates. Exciting game though. Enough melancholy.
1. Crimson Tide -14.5 1 unit. Took the line earlier in the week after it moved off -17. Don't rate Washington as no meaningful out of conference games and best team they played was USC [and one of my biggest wins for the year] which was a slaughter. USC was also a common opponent.
Their best win was over Colorado. Don't see this being close and don't expect anyone to pull out before game time. I don't think Washington deserve to be there but they have the chance to prove us all wrong. Have been talked up by the talking heads to improve ratings but I see them struggling to score against the Bama grown men defense. Bama will get theirs.
2. Clemson ML +130 1 unit over Ohio State. Took this earlier in the week as well and the price has moved down. Win one you lose one. Have had 2 ML games that lost but covered the pts in past couple of days. I need to learn not to be greedy. But as the wise ones say "You play to win the game".
Clemson have been there before and I like Dabo better than Myer as a coach. OSU were lucky to get in playoff over Penn State IMO, and didn't even make it to their own conference championship game.
3. LSU -3.5pts -110 over Louisville 1 unit.
Louisville's season ended sadly but LSU have new coach who the players seem to want to play for, he even speaks Cajun. Also don't think they lose anything without Fournette and have NFL caliber talent on their team. Should handle Louisville.
Should be 3 great games.
