I look at it this way. USC basically at home. Have team speed advantage.

If USC can shut down the Washington offense, which is better than this Penn St. offense, then I see them shutting down the Penn St offense.
Also we have all seen how bad the Big 10 has been this bowl season so that says something about Penn St. and how good they really are.
