I'm curious to know. I've been a carrier for 31years. If you think it sucks, you're not going to hurt my feelings lol. Right now there are a lot of changes. Imo, all due to Amazon. Simply put, Amazon came along with their 2 day delivery and the po is not equipped to handle it. They could if they really wanted to but it has always been a poorly managed place, plus they know that Amazon can go to its own delivery service at any time. But the main reason I ask is this; there is a new environment now. I talk to a lot of other carriers about this. Now the customers hate us. I think it's due to the fact that there are so many Amazon packages. So now people get their mail late af. So what I would like you all to know is this; your carrier is going to try to get you your package. On time. Management, however, does not give a rat's ass. We all carry scanners now. All management cares about are thenumber of failures. That is, if a package is scanned delivered in the required time. It's all the same to them if it's scanned delivered and then thrown in the river. Whereas, the carrier probably knows you and is going to try to get you your package. That being said, some people get like 400-500 packages a year and are total assholes about it. Which in turn leads to a bad environment which has never really happened before. I never really had a problem getting along with people on my route before. But these are different times. That's why I'm asking what you all think. To try to get the customers perspective and make things better. Thanks for reading.

Had lots of issues past couple years. When I was still in CT, home delivery was great but one problem after the next at my business office. Problems with people not receiving things we sent out and us not receiving items we should have.

Since moving to NC, with an official address change with the USPS, have had MANY issues (mail taking over a month to arrive in either direction, missing items, etc)

Terrible.

Outstanding in every way. Grateful Dead taught me it's the only thing in the country that works. Postal money orders are the safest way to send cash anywhere. It's a freaking bargain. I send a letter around here, it's there the next day. Out of state, two days. Small medium and large flat rate box options are awesome and cheap. Tracking is accurate. The 3 letter carriers I've had in the last 45 years, Bernie, mike and john, all are friends now. And they don't even get tipped on Christmas anymore. tho I tip him a half a hundred. Also the trash throwers

Only issue is when you actually have to go into a post office, very slow and understaffed...people working there seem friendly, despite the challenges. Never had issue with carriers.

I do agree, I find the pricing pretty fair

I get other peoples mail or I never receive some mail that I was expecting (mostly bills).

Some of my Netflix disks that I'm sending back gets lost even though I always make a special trip and mail them at a post office.

My local is great but some locations I have repeatedly called the postmaster about. The actual service I think is good. Do think that the prices going up every year is getting a bit out of hand. Could probably use some overhauling and fat trimming but at least they are providing some form of service.

Excellent. 9/10.

Tipping them at Xmas might have something to do with it.
