Ohio favorite because born and raised here.
Lived in northern Ca a while, a nice place to visit but not my style. Felt like I was in a different country at times. Never could adjust to time change with sports.

Favorite: Texas. Would never live in the northeast again, people are rude and the climate sucks ass.

Miami Beach, Syracuse, Connecticut, Bay Area and Texas

I didn't care for Texas because it was San Antonio - it's a nice place but not for me - I would like Austin - I like Miami Beach and the Bay Area - I would like Manhattan but not for more than a couple of years

Majority of my time was IN CT and it is great from April through October but then you lose me...people ARE rude and the politics are out of control. CT will always be considered home though.

Carolinas is where it's at...hard to beat IMO, however, I'd like to give the Midwest a try soon, really soon...

Nebraska, whole life. Love it for raising a family but wish I would have tried somewhere else. Maybe when the kids are all in college, I will have a retirement home somewhere, yet to be determined.

calhoun liked it there too. I can remember his son telling me that they just offered his dad the uconn gig. We were at northeastern at the time. He had recruited Reggie Lewis and Andre lafleur and we were really good. They noticed. Big deal at the time as the big east was BIG.

Would love to make a stop in the Midwest, but never given Nebraska a thought. What's appealing about it and the best parts of living there?
