Pay attention as best you can to the people that are cooking your food...If you would not have them cooking/handling your food in your own home why would you want them doing it at their place..Of course it depends on restaurant also,but you get the drift...I have walked into many a fast food restaurant and simply told cashier I left my money in car and would be back,only to get the fuck out of dodge...Here are 2 stories in just the last 2 days...HaHa...Fucking human feet and period blood...Damn!And this does even begin to touch the surface of all the other stories over the years....

I eat out (either fast food or chain) pretty much every meal. Hopefully my immune system has built up some resistance over the years

I weigh 190 lbs, 6'1 - Im young so it hasnt caught up to me yet. Also don't eat big portions

It caught up to me. My blood pressure was 190/115. I had to changed my diet. I am not overweight, smoke or drink. Was able to avoid the effects from it because I caught it.

One saving grace is that most of these fast food kitchens are video taped I believe, but I'm not sure that is enough to stop some of these employees.

I've done the same thing as the OP before, gone in and seen questionable looking staff and sensed some bad vibes and got the hell out. Seems worse than it has ever been these days. Chick fil a is pretty much the only fast food I have around that I feel comfortable eating
