When I was in college I coached a 11-12 year old basketball team. We sucked. Went 2-7 in season but in the tournament we got on a run and won 3 games only to lose the is the finals. In the last game we won we were up like 6 with 40 seconds to go and my boys fouled twice in 3 seconds on defense. I freaked out,called a timeout and told them "I don't care if you have to put your hands behind your back. DO NOT FOUL!!" So of course they take the court in a 2-3 with all 5 guys standing with their hands behind them like church deacons. We won but it was embarassing,kids take things too literal.
