[FONT=&quot]“Oliver is just a fabulous, happy, attentive little guy,” Erika Proctor, spokesperson for the organization, said. “He’s very toy driven, very athletic. He sees a goal and he runs for it. Because he can’t hear, he pays very close attention to what he’s doing.”[/FONT][FONT=&quot]On the Puppy Bowl, dogs pick up toys on the field and run them into the end zone, a game that Proctor says Oliver is very good at. On the show, there are two teams: Team Ruff and Team Fluff. Oliver will be on Team Ruff.
