WTF PLANET are FedEX and US ON? :):)

If FedEx Hangs Tough here, resists the crying wailing demands of Them insisting that he simply MUST be fired "For Assault"

FedEx will show themselves to be a great and intelligent company, and Brave. I hope this guy does not get fired, we need millions more just like him.

And We totally need companies, employers to Stand Up against Liberal Bullshit.

Dumb fucks should leave if they hate America that much to burn its flag. Faggots move to Canada or Mexico and see how much they wish they were back .

However you emotionally feel about flag burning it's good dissent and protected by law; assault and petty larceny are not. Fedex guy way out of line. What message does it send that an employee entrusted with other peoples property is caught on video stealing what isn't his?

Dissent is American. Boston Tea Party anyone?

FedEx guy was not way out of line. Everyone of those fucking miscreants deserved to have their skulls beaten into the ground. Free Speech or not, he did the right thing. And by the way, he was the one assaulted, not the losers that attacked him. He merely grabbed the flag and put it out. He took on the whole group of pussy hippies.

I think being able to protest the government is an important thing in a free society. I also think that freedom of speech is an important thing in a free society. With that said, you cannot yell fire in a crowded theater, and given the number of times that burning a flag ends up inciting a physical response (by other citizens, not the government), I have to wonder if we should disallow the specific protest of burning the American flag. You can still go to the same spot, protest whatever it is you are protesting but just don't burn the flag. At the point you burn the flag, you are knowingly inviting violence, in my opinion. While the Fedex driver is in the legal wrong here, I applaud him anyway. When these jerks set out that morning to knowingly bother as many people as they could with their antics, it is hard to feel sorry for them afterwards.

I don't think dumping tea and burning the American Flag are comparable

But if you wan't to get really technical, that mob was breaking the law starting a fire in a public place. FedEx driver didn't assault or threaten anyone, regardless of what that lib cuck beta screamed, he simply put out the fire and removed the object with which they were breaking the law.

Private property is private property. Not that I'm pro flag burning, but I will do with my property what I will. Anyone that takes my property is either committing theft or is a communist that doesn't believe in private property. Your feelings come is a distant last place to my property rights.

Yes but that property is being used to break the law. I think a citizen has the right to take that property if it is endangering the public or breaking the law. Maybe not though IDK

One big problem I have with flag burning is it isn't intelligent dissent. Yes, dissent is important but dumping tea during the Boston Tea Party was a focused form of dissent about taxation without representation, tea being one of the major goods they were being taxed on. Just burning an American Flag is ignorant, look at me drama. It doesn't say anything other than you owe allegiance to another country (Mexico for example) or you just want to generally offend as many as possible and the American Flag serves that purpose.
