My crappy offshore wouldn't send me a check so they sent it to my bitcoin account. Can anyone tell me how I can get that money to my credit card or maybe my bank account? Or and other way for me to get the cash? Thanks.

Coinbase is the easiest way to get it to your bank account.

It will take a little while but you should order a Bitpay.com debit card. Then you can withdraw cash at an ATM.

That would be a great idea. Almost all books accept bitcoin and there are pure bitcoin books.

Can I supply a QR code to an SB like 5d and get the payout direct to the card or do I NEED to still send to a middle source like Blockchain? Please advise thank you NEWPORT

You can but if you do it that way, Coinbase will ban your account. It's not a big deal if you get banned since Coinbase will still pay you everything owed.

No, Bitpay cards are separate. Go here Bitpay.com and order a card.

Card on its way. My question was can I go direct to card from SB

you said coinbase would block that and that's where I got confused
