The other board I post at knows that I got down earlier in the week at Patriots -3 +107.

Need to make this quick. I'm hosting the party. Much to be done.

This, in my mind, is as tough as the toughest SBs I've capped. Gonna give you my free thoughts as they come to mind.
The Patriot vulnerability that scares the shit out of me is our lousy pass rush. The thoight of giving a QB who is having the kind of year Ryan is having, five or six, ot seven seconds everytime he drops back is scaring the shit out of my Patriot interest. Our Defense is young and growing in the secondary. They will make stops and I'm hopeful that they'll turn the ball over as they have done quite often in the second half of the year. They hit hard and may discourage those Atlanta receivers. But Jones and Troillio are big. Tough to discourage easily, as are the backs out of the backfield. For Atlanta to run they will need to find the edges. Our interior D line is tough. But our offense is great in the red zone while Atlanta's stinks. Keep that in mind.
Our offense is also solid. When you see the total points scored averages, realize that a shutout of the Patriots is counting in those total numbers. That was early in the season with our rookie QB playing with a broken hand. Pill that game out and our offense inder Bardy is just as formidable as Atlanta's. We don't have Gronk. We still have a tremendous offense without him but we could miss his contribution in a game where scoring with every opportunity will be paramount.
Our passing game is stellar even without Gronk. We have a deep receiving corps, the best yards after the catch average, and backs in Lewis and White that sometimes line up wide. TE Bennett has been fairly quiet lately but I expect to see a lot of him today. Atlanta's D is vulnerable to the tight end. In 11 of 18 games the tight end has gone for 38 yards or more. Don't dorget that stat includes teams who barely use their TEs.
I expect us to run a lot and expect Lewis and Blount to account for near 150 yds. Those guys are an underrated one, two punch. Consider that when you think about total points which I stink at.
One other Patriot position has been shaky this year. The kicker, Gostkowski, who has been such an automatic weapon for us in years past, has been inconsistent this year. That bothers me. I will be holding ny breath even for extra points (Could this be the way the Patriots win by 2 but Atlanta covers? Sure hope not.
Think that covers the thoughts off the top of my head.
I'm a Patriot homer. You guys know that. But I tried to give you my honest feelings. I'm not getting HEAVILY involved. I'll have fun no matter what the outcome. Hope you guys do the same.
