Is the Falcons blowing a 25 point lead in under 20 minutes of game time left the biggest choke job in sports history? Hard to not feel like it is even more so than Golden State blowing a 3-1 lead or the Yankees blowing a 3-0 lead.

I could see if they had a 25 point lead in the 1st H, you had it near the end of the 3rd Q & no team in post season history ever lost when leading by 19 or more in the 3rd Q.

Congratulations to the Patriots for winning but ouch that has to hurt for the Falcons whose defense I felt was called not to lose in the 2nd H compared to the 1st H.

It wasn't that Atlanta defense played to not lose as much as they just got exhausted because the falcons refused to run clock on offense the second half. The time of possession difference was incredible.

I agree, I was wondering why the Falcons were snapping the ball with 15-20 seconds left in the 4th when they had a good lead.
