What does the word "Drumph" mean...?

I've seen this around, and I'm not sure if that word has some sort of meaning, or if it's just some sort of demeaning play on "Trump"?

If it's the latter, why the word "Drumph"? Why not something else....?


I don't get it...

It's Drumpf, and it's his real family name back when his ancestors were in the Fatherland. Floyd Patterson wouldn't call Cassius Clay Ali, some of us won't call the Idiot Drumpf by anything other than his family name. No biggie.
