Hey all ,
i have wondered if this bet type would even be possible . I don't see why this would have any statistical advantage over a standard parlay. So basically you would choose a parlay, 2 to however many from the the start. The twist comes in WHEN the actual bets would be placed. You would pick an initial bet, and be able to " bank the parlay " for a later date. This would of course depend upon you winning . If you lose the first bet it would be a loss. The benefit would be to continue a run of really strong bets through out the season for a large payout at some point.

Please se give me your feedback and if this currently exists. I can explain parts in greater detail if needed. The basic goal is to have a parlay where you don't have to pick all your bets from the start. All other odds would follow a parlay exactly .
Thanks

It sounds somewhat like an open parlay, which I know 5 Dimes and the Youwager group accept. Difference is you have to designate how many open spots there are in the beginning, and I'm not sure how many open spots they allow.

Thats just an open parlay. It's done on teasers too. The advantage is having a three team parlay all with the patriots, just different weeks.

Edit: also nice if you like a 2nd half number but no other choices and you want a parlay.

I think his question is asking for an open parlay with an undefined amount of games. Is that right? Like I open a "streak parlay" or whatever it would be called and continue filling it as I win until whatever number games I decide then cash out?

Thanks guys,
i think an open parlay is exactly what I was looking for. I just didn't know it existed. I'll try to put a few of these together and let everyone know how it shakes out.

I don't do open parlays. I just bet it straight if I have nothing else to parlay. However, open teasers are great if you have one game like when the lines first come out you can open the bet and fill it whenever you want. I have an open teaser left open from the superbowl that I will with NCAA hoops.

I have played open parlays before and they give you a chance to hedge in alot of cases. Basically will play 200 dollar opens/ 3 teamers. If first two win.....I will play 200 on the opposite side of the 3rd leg. Basically feel like a free roll for 1,000.
