Guys, I wanted to share a bad payout experience with Heritage. I cashed from four books after the SB using internet form and received Bitcoin payouts within 24-48 hour on the non-Heritage accts.

Here is the Heritage saga through day 6:
day 1: bitcoin payout form not retaining bit coin address on submission

Day 2 - called and they stated payouts didn't work on mobile device. I tried laptop
- on laptop submission, form worked same way and did not retain bitcoin addres

Back to call and live chat. Oh yeah, their form has a problem.....put 1234 in the bit coin field and copy vitcoin in notes field. Ok

Day 3: bitcoin payout shows as cancelled. They said the bitcoin address was blank

Day 3 continued - I resubmit resubmit request. Call and they instruct to livechat bitcoin address to service rep. Ok

Day 3 continued - I ask if they need anything else. They say no and bitcoin payout will go out next day. Ok

Day 4 - day off from baby sitting process, tools and people at Heritage

Day 5 - still no bitcoin in my wallet. Funds still at heritage. I live chat and they say request was cancelled because client failed to validate name with drivers license ans address with utility bill. After that they say I need to validate credit card for some fucking reason. Oh by the way, every time we talk I calidate an account and password.

Day 5 continued - I validate the 2 items. Status says under reciew.

Only logic to me is slow play payout. They say its protecting identity. I think between id/passowrs/bitcoin password/bitcoin address/bit coin security code/etc we are good there.

Anyone ever seen this sort of thing?

Day 6 - they validated my name and address
- they wanted me to validate a credit card I used in 2015 that I no longer possess. Go fish.

Now I need to wait till monday to resubmit everything again.....tick tock

Got it done today. Odd last step beyond account password, bitcoin address, bitcoin security code, drivers license there was a payout password. Drama. Eight days to get out
